Since you've already gone with Behr, please let us know what you think of it.

I'm curious to see how everything comes together...the linoleum, the paint colors, the furniture!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5443951393705830020.post-40589556667924000762009-03-20T21:02:00.000-05:002009-03-20T21:02:00.000-05:00Thanks Andy, I will be interested in hearing your ...Thanks Andy, I will be interested in hearing your opinion. I was in the DIY forum just this morning and folks were saying how inferior Behr paint is. As I said yesterday I like it. I am a handyman and not a painter, but I see no difference between Behr and Bejamin Moore, except the priceAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5443951393705830020.post-55466891035408239902009-03-19T20:58:00.000-05:002009-03-19T20:58:00.000-05:00Thanks everyone for sharing! So I'm going to see how it goes...I'll let you all know. I figure I'll start with the white ceiling and get an idea. :)Andyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14283888397129595640noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5443951393705830020.post-84372658702362865432009-03-19T00:23:00.000-05:002009-03-19T00:23:00.000-05:00I have had absolutely no problem with Behr paint a...I have had absolutely no problem with Behr paint and have used it extensively lately. Over in one of the DIY forums that I check out daily I am in the minority, but Behr works for me. I don't see a noticeable difference between Behr and Benjamin Moore which is the other brand that I use. They say Behr doesn't cover over well - I think that when it first came out, it may not have covered well, but I have had no problems.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5443951393705830020.post-24327770456249855252009-03-18T13:55:00.000-05:002009-03-18T13:55:00.000-05:00I haven't used the Behr paints, but I've used thei...I haven't used the Behr paints, but I've used their Venetian plaster and have been pretty happy about it. We used it all over our condo, and five years later, it still looks great and when we had to patch a few spots it blended in. But I don't know if that speaks for the rest of their line.

We did just try another paint from Home Depot, a pale color from the environmentally friendly Fresh Aire line. It took two coats to cover a dry, thirsty wall. We're pretty happy with the results, but we've only used it in the closets so far.Joannehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17374925727669703513noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5443951393705830020.post-71045904364700459842009-03-18T13:04:00.000-05:002009-03-18T13:04:00.000-05:00Yeah, the warmth has got me thinking about buying ...Yeah, the warmth has got me thinking about buying a few bags of topsoil myself.Williamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13736048114234796062noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5443951393705830020.post-3868700836356244872009-03-18T03:20:00.000-05:002009-03-18T03:20:00.000-05:00I'm about to do some major interior painting. I got a supposedly good Sherwin Williams paint, and two coats of off white over white were really not enough to cover. If it hadn't been a closet, I would have done another coat.

So I'm interested in any info about paints that cover well. Thanks anybody.Karen Annehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13306986336556283751noreply@blogger.com
